Terms (Returns And Delivery)
RETURNING OR EXCHANGING A PRODUCT
We operate a no quibble return policy which means if you are not 100% satisfied with any item you buy from us you can simply return them. As long as the items are in their original condition within 14 days of receipt (excluding custom made items which are non-returnable unless faulty). We will issue a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different model or colour if preferred.

Please note:
  • Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition or in the case of pre owned items in the condition described. Please notify us straight away if there is a problem.
  • The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
  • If returning from OUTSIDE the EU please DO NOT USE COURIER SERVICES as there will be excessive clearance fees, we will either refuse delivery or charge the fees back to you. You must ensure the value on the parcel is listed as “ZERO” and you CLEARLY write "RETURNED GOODS" on the customs form and parcel itself as we will not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
  • If you receive your item in a faulty condition you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt of the product

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM

If the item you received is not the coorect item we will be glad to refund you the return postage and other costs you may incur returning your item.
